My motto in medicine is the good old Roman aphorism: “Mens sana in corpore sanum,” which means “A sound mind in a healthy body.”
My blog will then become a unique educational resource for you–and those you care about.
I will help you decrease your suffering–while improving your mental health in the process–especially if your are depressed, anxious, or traumatized. This mental health blog will become a daily guidance in your process of self-help, self-healing and personal growth.
It will also become a daily companion in your life journey while you go through the grief and pains of the COVID-19 pandemic in solitude.
